Job Summary:
Provide clinical design and product support to ECPs to assist in creating an environment in which the customer builds confidence in using MSA products for their patients' needs.

This function will be provided through training services, product education, contact lens consultation, and technical support for CVI MSA products to doctors, fitters and staff members through the consultation phone line or email.

A Clinical Consultant (hearafter "the role") will be a key point of contact for the customer, the Eye Care Practitioner (ECP) in assisting lens fits, including troubleshooting for patient's needs.

This role is responsible to provide superior service and create solutions in assisting our customers in the America's on specialty contact lens fitting, technical resolution, and case management by both phone and email.

This role will help elevate the ECP's confidence in using the CVI MSA (Myopia Specialty Americas) brand and products.

The Clinical Consultant will focus predominately on a single product category.
