Senior Manager of SEC & External Reporting

Basic Qualifications:


* Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited university


* Minimum of five years of accounting experience
+ Including working knowledge of SEC and U.S.

GAAP reporting requirements, and Extensible Business Reporting Language (XBRL)


* CPA - Certified Public Accountant


* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.

Preferred Qualifications:


* Including working knowledge of SEC and U.S.

GAAP reporting requirements, and Extensible Business Reporting Language (XBRL)


* Experience using Workiva software and/or Hyperion


* Experience with a Big Four or nationally-recognized accounting firm


* 3 years of experience in Public Accounting.


* 3 years of experience with SEC and U.S.

GAAP accounting and reporting


* 3 years of experience in assisting and preparing SEC filings


* Knowledge of due diligence objectives and procedures; experience working on acquisitions and divestitures; knowledge of purchase accounting rules and implementation issues.

This position may require occasional domestic travel, up to approximately 5% annually, based on business needs.

Salary Range: $140k - $165k/year approximation (actual compensation is subject to variation due to factors such as education, experience, skillset, and/org.
