Required:


* High school diploma or GED

Preferred:


* Associate's degree in Electronics or a related technical field


* Experience or training with CNC machine controls and PLCs


* Experience working with 480/277/220V three-phase power, transformers, and electrical wiring


* Electrical/electronic troubleshooting experience in a manufacturing environment


* Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, drawings, specifications, and technical documentation


* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills


* Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and determine the appropriate sequence of work


* Computer experience with maintenance-related databases or systems


* Background in electrical engineering or related technical disciplines
