We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our innovative Product Engineering team and play a critical role in the development of next-generation medical devices.

What You Will Do


* Lead design and development of complex mechanical and electro-mechanical subsystems.


* Drive product development activities from concept, prototyping, verification, validation, and production release.


* Perform engineering analysis, tolerance stack-ups, and design reviews.


* Create and approve engineering drawings utilizing GD&T best practices.


* Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions.


* Partner with suppliers, manufacturing, quality, regulatory, and service teams.


* Execute verification testing and document results for regulatory compliance.


* Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor junior engineers.

Required Qualifications


* Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.


* 8+ years of product design and development experience.


* Experience in FDA-regulated environments.


* Advanced proficiency with NX or comparable 3D CAD software.


* Experience with Teamcenter or similar PLM systems.


* Strong GD&T, FMEA, DFMA, and manufacturing knowledge.


* Strong electromechanical design experience.


* Excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications


* Master's Degree in Mechanical, Biomedical, or Mechatronics Engineering.


* Experience developing Class II or Class III medical devices.


* Experience leading products through the full development lifecycle.


* Advanced Siemens NX and Teamcenter expertise.


* Hands-on FEA and CFD simulation experience.


* Knowledge of ISO 14971 risk management methodologies.


* Experience with FDA Design Controls and IEC standards.


* Expertise with motors, drives, sensors, actuators, and motion control systems.
