We are searching for the best talent for a Senior Manager, Facilities Management – Americas to be located at Raynham, MA.

 

The Senior Manager, Facilities Management – Americas is responsible for the end‑to‑end operational delivery of Facilities Management services across the Americas region, supporting DePuy Synthes sites spanning mature and emerging markets.  This role is also responsible for strategic program delivery across the region with particular focus on several key strategic sites within the DS network Americas region.

This role translates regional FM strategy into site‑level execution, ensuring safe, reliable, compliant, and cost‑effective hard and soft FM service delivery aligned to DS standards and Project Osprey separation requirements.

Operating as the primary Americas execution lead, this role partners closely with site leaders, regional EHS&S, Quality, Real Estate, Project Delivery, and outsourced service providers to manage daily operations, service performance, risk, and continuity across the Americas portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:


* Facilities Operations & Service Delivery: Lead the day‑to‑day FM service delivery across Americas sites, ensuring consistent execution of global FM standards while adapting to local regulatory, labor, and infrastructure requirements.


* Oversee hard and soft FM services, including building operations, maintenance, utilities, janitorial, security coordination, and life‑safety systems.
