The Director, Head of AI Enablement & Automation, HR will play a critical leadership role in shaping the future of the Hire-to-Retire digital experience across Johnson & Johnson.

This leader will define and execute the HR AI and automation strategy, leveraging emerging technologies to create intuitive, personalized, and efficient workforce experiences.

The role combines strategic vision, Solution Design leadership, Implementation and operational excellence to accelerate HR transformation and drive measurable business impact.
