Therapeutic Area Specialist - Market Research & Business Insights (MRBI)

We are looking for a Therapeutic Area Specialist - Market Research & Business Insights (MRBI) to partner with Commercial and Business Teams, transforming market data, customer insights, and business intelligence into strategic recommendations that support decision-making and business growth.

This role can be based in Bogotá, Colombia or Mexico City, Mexico .

Candidates must currently reside in one of these locations.

Relocation is not available.

Key Responsibilities


* Act as the primary MRBI partner for assigned Therapeutic Areas.


* Generate actionable insights from market research, customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and business data.


* Partner with CVTs, IBVTs, Marketing, and Business Leaders to address key business questions and support strategic decisions.


* Lead and manage Market Research projects, including vendor management and delivery of insights.


* Analyze market trends, customer behavior, brand performance, and competitive dynamics.


* Support forecasting and business planning processes through data-driven recommendations.


* Develop presentations, dashboards, and reports for business and leadership teams.


* Communicate complex analyses in a clear and practical way for decision-making.
