Job Description:

We are searching for the best talent for a S enior Manager - TS AI Finance Engineering to be located in New Brunswick or Raritan, NJ.

This role leads the development and adoption of AI-powered software engineering capabilities across Finance Technology through the SigniFi platform.

This role is responsible for driving AI-enabled SDLC transformation, accelerating delivery, improving quality, and scaling reusable AI solutions across SAP Finance and enterprise applications.

The position partners closely with Product Owners, Enterprise Architecture, Data & AI teams, and engineering organizations to deliver innovative, secure, and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities


* Lead the roadmap and adoption of the SigniFi AI Engineering Platform.


* Drive AI-enabled software engineering across SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP BTP, Treasury, Data & Analytics, and enterprise applications.


* Build and enhance AI agents supporting functional design, technical design, code generation, testing, documentation, and quality assurance.


* Partner with business and technology stakeholders to identify and deliver high-value AI use cases.


* Establish engineering standards, AI governance, and best practices for AI-assisted software development.


* Lead global engineering teams and mentor technical talent while fostering innovation and continuous improvement.


* Evaluate emerging AI technologies and incorporate new capabilities into the platform.
