Purpose of the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a compliance professional to join our Medical Code Governance team.

This role is pivotal to the implementation of the ABPI compliance framework at Johnson and Johnson, working cross functionally to maintain high ethical standards!

What to expect:

This influential position requires close collaboration with internal and external partners to implement and deliver an outstanding compliance programme.

As an ABPI signatory, the role will involve the review and certification of materials.

In this role you will:


* Design, implement and maintain the UK medical governance framework in relation to the ABPI Code of Practice.


* Act as an ABPI signatory for J&J, reviewing and certifying material.


* Review and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and guidance documents to reflect regulatory and business changes.


* Develop and deliver compliance training, briefings and guidance for cross‑functional teams and activity owners.


* Lead monitoring, and oversight activities to identify compliance risks; establish metrics, track performance and drive timely remediation.


* Provide pragmatic, authoritative advice on Code interpretation for projects, promotional materials, partnerships and new initiatives.
