The Staff Development Coordinator / Infection Preventionist is responsible for leading and coordinating the facility's staff development and infection prevention programs.

This dual-role position provides education, training, skills competencies, clinical observations, and quality assurance audits while also overseeing infection prevention and control initiatives to promote a safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

Skills Needed:

* Data Management and Analysis: Monitor, track, audit, analyze data and trends for educational opportunities.

Requirements


* Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.


* Indiana RN license or ability to obtain an Indiana license.
