What You'll Do

As an Occupational Therapist, you will evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide skilled interventions designed to improve function, independence, and quality of life.

Responsibilities include:


* Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and assessments.


* Develop individualized treatment plans based on resident needs, goals, and functional abilities.


* Provide skilled therapeutic interventions to improve activities of daily living, strength, coordination, balance, mobility, and functional independence.


* Address cognitive, physical, and functional limitations that impact residents' ability to participate in daily activities.


* Provide training in adaptive techniques, energy conservation, safety strategies, and use of adaptive equipment.


* Educate residents and families regarding therapeutic exercises, safety, functional mobility, and strategies for increasing independence.


* Monitor resident progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate to maximize outcomes.
