San Bruno Skilled Nursing is seeking a dedicated COTA to join our in-house rehabilitation team .

This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate therapy professional who enjoys working with older adults and helping residents regain independence and improve their quality of life.

Position Details


* Pay: Starting at $49.00-$50.00 per hour


* Schedule: Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN opportunities available


* Location: San Bruno, CA


* Setting: Skilled Nursing / Geriatric Rehabilitation


* Team: In-house rehabilitation

What You'll Do


* Provide high-quality occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.


* Help residents improve independence with activities of daily living (ADLs) and functional mobility.


* Implement individualized treatment plans based on resident needs and goals.


* Provide therapeutic interventions designed to improve strength, coordination, function, and independence.


* Monitor and document resident progress and communicate changes to the supervising therapist and care team.


* Collaborate with nurses, therapists, physicians, and other interdisciplinary team members to support resident-centered care.


* Encourage residents throughout the rehabilitation process and promote dignity, safety, and quality of life.


* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with applicable requirements and facility policies.

Qualifications


* Current, valid California COTA license required.


* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.


* Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

* Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation preferred.
