Position Overview

San Bruno Skilled Nursing is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team.

As a CNA, you will play an essential role in providing quality, resident-centered care while helping our residents maintain their dignity, comfort, safety, and independence.

Key Responsibilities


* Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and dining.


* Provide compassionate, respectful, and attentive resident care.


* Assist residents with safe transfers, positioning, ambulation, and mobility.


* Observe and report changes in residents' condition, behavior, or vital signs to the nursing team.


* Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.


* Follow individualized care plans and facility policies and procedures.


* Communicate effectively with nurses, residents, families, and other members of the interdisciplinary team.


* Assist with documentation and participate in care planning as directed.


* Promote resident dignity, privacy, independence, and quality of life.


* Respond promptly to resident needs and requests.

Qualifications


* Current and valid California CNA certification required.


* Compassionate, dependable, and patient-centered approach to resident care.


* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.


* Commitment to providing safe, respectful, and high-quality care.


* Weekend availability required.
