Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-time

Cedar River Healthcare Center is a great place to work, and we are looking for an organized and dependable HR/Payroll Coordinator to join our team.

This position supports daily human resources and payroll functions while helping create a positive experience for our employees.

What You'll Do


* Process payroll accurately and on time


* Review employee timecards and resolve discrepancies


* Maintain employee records and personnel files


* Assist with onboarding, orientation, and new-hire paperwork


* Support benefits enrollment and employee status changes


* Track attendance, leave requests, and required documentation


* Respond to employee questions regarding payroll, benefits, and HR policies


* Help ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations


* Provide general administrative support to the leadership team


* Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information

What We're Looking For


* Previous payroll, human resources, or administrative experience preferred


* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills


* Excellent communication and customer-service skills


* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
