Admissions Director

Sunnyvale Post-Acute is seeking a dedicated, energetic, and experienced Admissions Director to join our leadership team.

In this role, you will manage the inquiry and admissions process, build relationships with local healthcare providers, and ensure a smooth transition for our residents.

* Status: Full-time


* Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year (depending on experience)


* Location: Sunnyvale, CA

Key Responsibilities



* Manage the complete resident admissions process.


* Respond to inquiries quickly and professionally.


* Coordinate with hospitals, discharge planners, and physicians.


* Review clinical data to determine eligibility.


* Conduct tours for prospective residents and families.


* Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.


* Maintain accurate bed management and occupancy logs.

Requirements



* 2+ years of admissions experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care.


* Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care insurances.


* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


* Proven ability to build networks with local hospitals.


* Highly organized with strong multitasking skills.
