As a Servicing Travel Advisor III on the Air Fulfillment Team, you will partner with clients to craft personalized itineraries, build lasting relationships, and deliver a premium level of service.
Job responsibilities
* Collaborate with clients to understand their travel needs and advise on destinations, transportation, travel dates, and accommodations
* Book air, hotel, and transportation reservations and process payments using Sabre GDS
* Remediate travel disruptions and issues rapidly, coordinating with vendors to ensure client expectations are met
* Stay current on tourism trends, destinations, and product offerings by attending travel seminars and training
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
* 5 years of experience with Sabre GDS, including creative faring, Phase IV, exchanges, queue monitoring, and Sabre scripts
* Proven experience as a travel agent with strong international booking expertise
* Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage a demanding workload, prioritize effectively, and resolve issues independently
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
* Experience with online booking tools
* Demonstrated ability to multitask and maintain strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
* Active participation in industry training, certifications, or supplier seminars
