Feild Support Analyst 1

Position Overview BLOC Resources is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Field Support Analyst 1 to support Southern Company and Georgia Power's Lighting and Smart Services Business Unit (LSSBU).

The Field Support Analyst will play an important role in ensuring the accurate and timely billing of Lighting and Smart Services, Video Surveillance, Colocation, and Utility Services customers.

This position is responsible for coordinating billing activities, reviewing customer contracts and account information, performing billing audits and adjustments, resolving discrepancies, supporting customer collections, and maintaining accurate billing documentation.

The successful candidate will work closely with Sales, Engineering, Marketing Key Account Managers, National Accounts, Pricing & Rates, Customer Service, Metering Specialists, and other internal business partners to ensure customer accounts are established, maintained, and billed correctly.

This position requires a combination of analytical ability, customer service, billing/account management, advanced Microsoft Excel skills, technical aptitude, and strong attention to detail.
