Program Manager

Career Details: Alvis is seeking a passionate Program Manager to supervise and coordinate activities of direct reports (e.g., Case Managers, Cognitive Behavior Specialists) in the facility.

Employees in this position will demonstrate leadership skills to ensure clients are engaged on a consistent basis by learning and utilizing cognitive behavioral techniques and corrections/community corrections best practices.

Oversee the delivery of quality services in accordance with the mission and goals of the agency and corresponding with agency/governing body policies, procedures, and contracts.
