Clinical Resourcing Manager, UK
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
1.
Lead the recruitment team to achieve high-performance results by driving team performance to meet and exceed clear recruitment targets, including time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate satisfaction metrics, while ensuring the timely and effective filling of non-clinical roles.
2.
Regularly report on team performance, progress against KPIs, and recruitment outcomes to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
3.
Design and implement effective and cost-efficient recruitment strategies for filling clinical roles.
Balance quality and budget considerations while selecting the best sourcing methods and platforms for each position.
Regularly review and adjust recruitment plans to ensure they remain aligned with business goals and market trends.
4.
Proactively source candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and direct outreach.
Leverage both traditional and innovative recruitment methods to build a diverse and high-quality talent pool.
5.
Review applications and resumes to identify candidates who meet the required qualifications.
Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate fit for the role and the organization.
Provide hiring managers with a shortlist of qualified candidates to move forward with.
6.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders across departments to identify and understand recruitment needs.
Partner in the development of staffing plans and proactively provide insights to anticipate future hiring requirements.
7.
Regularly update hiring managers on the status of open positions, providing information on candidate pipelines, interview schedules, and required metrics.
Ensure that managers are well-informed of recruitment progress and potential delays, adjusting plans as necessary.
Qualifications & Experience
• Proven experience in healthcare recruitment, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets, including time-to-fill, quality of hire.
• Strong background in managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, with a focus on clinical roles.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performance team in a fast- paced, results-driven environment.
• Experience in utilizing data and analytics to assess performance, report on key recruitment metrics, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting.
• Deep understanding/experience of using social media for recruitment roles.
• Strong influencing and communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Results and detail oriented.
• Experience working with senior leadership and hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
• Strong knowledge in business analysis and project management.
