Summary

The Overnight Security Officer is responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for hotel guests, members, visitors, and team members during overnight hours.

This position protects company assets, responds to emergencies, monitors property activity, and serves as the primary security presence throughout the night.

The officer is also responsible for staffing the security gate/booth, controlling property access, and conducting routine patrols of the hotel and surrounding grounds.

The base wage for this role is $21.95 per hour with an additional $1.00 per hour when working the overnight shift.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:



* Patrol all hotel buildings, parking lots, garages, and exterior grounds on a scheduled basis.


* Maintain a visible security presence to deter criminal activity and ensure guest safety.


* Monitor surveillance cameras and investigate suspicious activity.


* Respond promptly to emergencies, alarms, disturbances, medical calls, and guest requests.


* Complete detailed Daily Activity Reports (DARs), Incident Reports, and other required documentation before the end of each shift.
