Project - Manager, Cognos Training - TS/SCI w/ Poly - Chantilly, VA

Work You'll Do

As a Project, Manager on the team, you will be responsible for:


* Supporting the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of training materials and courses related to talent management work within the Cognos application.


* Developing participant guides, instructor guides, and supplemental training materials to support effective course delivery and learner adoption.


* Scheduling, facilitating, and delivering Cognos training courses covering topics such as workforce strategy and performance management.


* Partnering with customers and training review boards to gather feedback, refine content, and obtain course approvals.


* Collaborating with team members to identify training needs and stand up new courses as business needs evolve.


* Helping ensure training content remains current, accurate, and aligned with program requirements and user needs.
