Deputy Project Manager - Secret Cleared

Our Deloitte Strategy & Transactions team helps guide clients through their most critical moments and transformational initiatives.

From strategy to execution, this team delivers integrated, end-to-end support and advisory services covering valuation modeling, cost optimization, restructuring, government operations modernization, business design and transformation, infrastructure and real estate, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and sustainability.

Work alongside clients every step of the way, helping them navigate new challenges, avoid financial pitfalls, and provide practical solutions at every stage of their journey-before, during, and after any major transformational projects or transactions.

Work you'll do

As a Project Manager on the Operations Transformation team, you will be responsible for:


* Supporting the Project Manager in the day-to-day delivery of the program


* Coordinating client deliverables, staffing actions, milestones, dependencies, and key decisions to support on-time, high-quality execution


* Leading day-to-day coordination for the Knowledge Management workstream and helping ensure alignment with broader program priorities and client needs


* Collaborating with line-of-effort leads and client stakeholders to resolve issues, maintain delivery discipline, and keep teams aligned on expectations and deadlines


* Representing project leadership in client meetings, reviews, and coordination forums, as needed, and preparing supporting briefings, reports, and status materials
