What You'll Do

As a Deloitte Tax Enterprise Architect, Sr.

Manager, you will be responsible to help our teams to build enterprise level web-based applications that exceed our standards.

Responsibilities:


* Develop and communicate clear technical vision for tax solutions that align with tax technology strategic objectives, leads the evolution of technology landscape to support future business needs.


* Work with stakeholders to understand business challenges and opportunities, evaluate feasibility of requirements, determine priorities, and come up with enterprise architecture options and a technical roadmap.


* Work directly with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design and continuously improve architecture to meet and exceed resiliency standards.


* Make high level design choices for the software structure, frameworks, protocols, and algorithms.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our systems are current and competitive.


* Establish security best practices and duide architects to protect data and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.


* Instill innovative AI solutions, and advanced development practices across tax technology organization


* Implement standards, guidelines, and metrics aimed at delivering business value quickly and efficiently.

Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.


* Work across architecture teams ensuring overall design and delivery standards and guidelines are followed.

Enhance and maintain quality of tax applications and services.


* Monitor and optimize the performance of tax systems, ensuring they are efficient, scalable and reliable.


* Proactively identify, mitigate, and escalate Product-related risks.


* Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.


* Support and coach your team on best design practices, development trends, and pathfinding and surveys for technologies.


* Develop and maintain technical documentation for architecture and design decisions.
