Work you'll do

As a Workday Functional Manager on the HR Strategy & Technology team, you will be responsible for:


* Lead a multi-functional implementation team in planning and executing discovery, design, configuration, and deployment activities, ensuring superior quality delivery for client projects


* Manage project timeline, communications and, risk identification and mitigation


* Act as point person for all functional consultants, providing direction and guidance to team and coordinating with integrations and data consultants as needed


* Use your experience and knowledge of Workday implementations to support sales activities


* Build relationships internally and externally to strengthen your and the firm's reputation as a leading Workday implementation partner

Qualifications

Required:


* 6+ years of experience implementing Workday HCM Cloud with at least 4 full life cycle implementations


* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of relevant experience required


* 6+ years' hands on experience in multiple Full Life Cycle implementations of the Workday HCM product, from planning through design, build, testing and go-live


* 6+ years' experience leading a project team, including managing workstream leads to drive their work towards project deadlines and deliverables that are on target and beyond client expectations
