Facility Coordinator Summary

Clean Harbors is seeking a detail-oriented Facility Coordinator to support the daily administrative and operational activities of our facility.

This is a cross-functional role for someone who wants to become an integral part of the facility team rather than focus on one specific task or area.

The Facility Coordinator will learn and support multiple areas of the operation, including shipping and receiving documentation, hazardous waste shipping activities, inventory tracking, facility records, and other operational needs.

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM | Occasional weekend hours may be required based on business needs.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, and takes ownership of their work.

This position is well-suited for someone who enjoys learning new processes, asks thoughtful questions, seeks out resources when needed, and is eager to become a well-rounded member of the operations team by learning all aspects of the role.
