This is a high-visibility role supporting transportation and infrastructure projects, with responsibility for managing teams, client relationships, and project delivery from start to finish.

For more information, visit: www.gpinet.com What Youll Do Manage construction inspection assignments for roadway, bridge, and infrastructure projectsLead, mentor, and oversee Resident Engineers, inspectors, and field staffServe as the primary client contact for NJDOT, county, and municipal projectsOversee project budgets, schedules, staffing, and overall performanceEnsure compliance with contract requirements, specifications, and safety standardsReview daily reports, change orders, and contractor progressSupport business development, including proposals and client engagement What You'll Bring: 815+ years of construction inspection or construction management experiencePrior experience managing NJDOT or similar transportation projects strongly preferredStrong leadership and client-facing skillsNICET certification, PE license, or EIT preferredSolid understanding of roadway, bridge, and infrastructure construction practicesAbility to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
