Scope of Responsibility: Sr.

Project Manager will contribute to the companys success by planning, executing, and managing medium to large projects using sound judgement, strong people skills and effective tools and techniques.

Sr.

Project Manager will lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, making timely decisions to ensure project success within set parameters.

Essential Duties: Develops project plans that identify resources and budgetary needsProvide on-site leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestonesFull project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneouslyManage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectivesReport on project success criteria results, metrics, test, and deployment management activitiesWork creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellenceParticipate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organizationProvide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks, and issues, communicating across leadershipParticipate and/or drive feasibility studies, vendor selections and proposals for evaluation by appropriate key stakeholdersMonitor, track, and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies, and critical path deliverablesOther duties as assigned Position Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experienceAn initiative-taking leader who can work effectively without direct supervisionKnowledgeable of the industry manufacturing needsGood personal organizationEffective verbal, nonverbal and written communication skillsBasic personal computer skills required: MS Project, MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and database entryAble to work well with others throughout the companyMust be meticulous.
