Your responsibilities include: Delivering exceptional customer service and creating positive first impressions.Managing the corporate reception area, visitor registration, and access control.Issuing visitor credentials and maintaining access records.Monitoring CCTV systems and responding to security concerns.Communicating professionally with corporate leadership, employees, and visitors.Preparing accurate daily activity and incident reports.Conducting routine interior and exterior foot patrols.Responding confidently and professionally to emergencies.Supporting a culture of safety, professionalism, and outstanding service.
