Job-Specific Expectations At customer's 2 year anniversary, call customer and advise of the mid-mileage adjustment possibility.At 180 days from termination, begin the initial lease end contact by providing a postcard encouraging the customer to contact the dealership.At 120 days from termination, call the customer and tell them about the Lease End Inspection Form that will be arriving in their 90 day mailer.At 60 days from termination, schedule and perform the pre-inspection.

Ask the customer if they have any questions after the customer has reviewed their options.Make appointment and be present for the turn in of the leased vehicle.Communicate with BMW on lease returns.Coordinate lease return disposition ...
