The Cashier at Bears Den Store will provide excellent customer service, assist customers with their needs while working as a team to maintain the store's presentation and provide a positive customer experience.

A cashier must also communicate any customer questions or concerns to management promptly.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Primary Role Ensuring customer service standards are being always met, assist customers with specific informational and service needs with an extremely high emphasis on hospitality.

Teamwork is an essential part of providing outstanding customer service, maintaining the presentation of the store and exterior, all members of our staff are expected to work together to ensure that every customer's experience is the best.

Assist all customers with their questions/complaints/concerns as it relates to products and or services.

Inform members of management regarding these customer questions/complaints/concerns in a timely manner.

Professionalism Ensuring situational awareness is always being displayed.

Maintain the cleanliness of the stores according to brand standards.

Receive, stock and clean inventory and inventory shelving.

Engage in the daily safety checklist to ensure our customers and employees are not presented with any hazards to health or life.

Responsible for reconciliation of your daily paperwork and adhering to all cash handling procedures and policies.

Maintain a working knowledge and follow all SOP guidelines set forth by management.

Perform other related duties and activities as requested by the Executive Team, District Manager, and/or Store Management Team.
