ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (not limited to) Daily communication with all workers to ensure all the objectives for the day are met in a timely manner.

Use the current reports to make management decisions and changes to staff and routes.

Productivity within Warehouse (orders shipped, errors, transactions, etc.) Material Handling for incoming materials Oversee that incoming materials have been properly received and put away in preparation for the picking crew.

Shipping to ensure that all daily orders have been picked, packaged, loaded and fully processed.

Review and maintain all reports that are your responsibility.

Maintain appropriate staffing based on our seasonal business - Work with Human Resources and Distribution Management for approvals and employee retention initiatives.

Ensure good communication between Transportation, Purchasing, Customer Service, Sales, Credit and all other Warehouses to ensure that customers commitments have been satisfied.
