Clinic Assistant

Job Title: Clinical Assistant Supervisors: Director of Clinical Services, Home Care Director and Social Work Supervisor Positions Supervised: None FLSA Status: Non-exempt / full-time Job Summary Provides clerical support to PACE of the Triad's Home Care Program and Social Work Department.

The Clinical Assistant uses discretion to complete responsibilities in a timely, confidential and appropriate manner.

Responsibilities include general office duties such as assisting with form preparation, document scanning, and signature acquisition.

The Clinical Assistant also maintains contact lists for commonly used resources and contracted agencies, and provides exceptional customer service to participants/families, vendors and PACE staff.

This position also performs receptionist coverage as needed.
