What you will do

The Manager, Supply Chain Excellence will play a critical role in driving operational excellence across North America Operations through performance management, advanced analytics, dashboard development, and process automation.

This position serves as a strategic business partner to Operations leadership and is responsible for transforming data into actionable insights that improve service, inventory, forecast accuracy, productivity, and decision-making.

The role will lead the development of scalable reporting solutions, automate manual processes, and establish best-in-class performance management capabilities that support the North America Operations strategy and digital transformation roadmap.

This aligns with ongoing initiatives focused on automated dashboards, KPI governance, reason code automation, and integrated planning capabilities.

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable discussing supply chain strategy and supporting the design of analytical solutions that drive operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Management & Business Insights


* Partner with North America Operations leadership to monitor and improve key


* performance indicators including Service, OTIF, Product Availability, Inventory, Forecast Accuracy, and Productivity.


* Identify business risks, opportunities, and emerging trends through data analysis and performance monitoring.


* Support strategic initiatives and transformation programs through ongoing performance tracking and reporting.


* Drive KPI standardization and governance across North America Operations.


* Lead root cause analyses and improvement initiatives that enhance business performance.


* Partner cross-functionally with Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, Customer Service, Commercial teams, Finance,...
