Donation Center Donor Attendant

Position Summary: Our store donor attendants greet and help people who are making a donation, and then do an initial sort of that donation to speed along processing of those donations.

You'll need to provide excellent service to our donors! This is a critical role in our retail stores and is eligible for healthy incentive pay based on the store's performance.

Position Duties: Greet and assist all donors.Receive and, as appropriate, politely decline donations from the public in accordance with established guidelines.Provide all donors with access to a receipt in accordance with established guidelines.Identify and sort donations for further processing in accordance with established guidelines.Other duties, as assigned.
