What You'll Do


* Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist


* Help residents improve independence with daily living activities


* Educate residents and families on therapy programs and safety techniques


* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes

Qualifications


* Current California Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) License


* Passion for patient care and geriatric rehabilitation


* Strong communication and teamwork skills
