Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Senior Financial Analyst, US Surgical Vision Sales.

This position will be located in Jacksonville, FL or Irvine, CA.

This role offers the flexibility of a hybrid working schedule, with days both in the office and remote each week.

This role is a key business partner to the US Surgical Vision sales organization, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Commercial Operations to deliver actionable insights, ensure SOX compliance, manage close activities, and support ad hoc analyses and business cases.

Responsibilities:


* Own and lead monthly close activities related to revenue accounting.


* Own sales reporting and provide clear and direct communication on forecasts and results.


* Champion strong internal controls (SOX), audit readiness, and continuous improvement.


* Deliver exceptional value through identifying process improvements, reducing complexity and providing meaningful insights to enable excellence in business partnering and decision making.


* Be the go-to contact for your assigned areas-building trusted relationships with business partners.


* Deliver ad-hoc reporting and analytics that drive decisions.


* Drive global standardization and optimization projects (including Signifi), helping us work smarter and faster.


* Invest in your growth and well-being-take ownership of your development and help foster a positive team culture.

Qualifications

Education:


* A minimum of a bachelor's degree required; Accounting or Finance degree preferred.


* MBA, CPA, CMA, or other financial certifications preferred.


* A minimum of (3) three years finance experience is required.

Experience/Skills:


* Knowledge of Accounting, Internal Controls Financial Planning & Analysis, Business Analytics, Portfolio management, Sales/Marketing Financial Support is needed.
