The Pricing and Contracts Manager supports the development and execution of pricing strategies that drive profitability as well as contract streamlining for compliance, storage and renewals for Johnson & Johnson's cardiovascular portfolio.

This role will manage pricing analytics, support value-based pricing initiatives, provide insights regarding contract terms and risks to the company as well as creating a sustainable contract lifecycle management process.

The role requires partnership cross-functionally with all of Commercial Operations, Finance, Legal, Information Technology, Sales, Marketing, and Market Access teams.

The ideal candidate combines analytical expertise, process optimization, software proficiency, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
