We are searching for the best talent for a Senior Manager, Global Planning Excellence (GPEX) Regional Process Integration Leader (RPIL), Americas!

This hybrid position will be located in Titusville, New Jersey (USA).

Alternate hybrid locations may be considered at other J&J sites such as: Guaynabo, Puerto Rico or São Paulo, São Paulo (Brazil).

The Senior Manager RPIL for Americas serves as the primary integration point between GPEX and Regional Demand & Supply across the Americas.

This role translates global planning strategy into regional execution, brings regional business requirements and insights into global process and technology roadmaps, and drives cross-process priorities across demand and supply planning.
