The Sales Manager, Surgery - Moravia Region is responsible for leading the sales team and delivering sales results within the assigned Moravia Region.

The role drives market share growth, turnover, profitability and other key performance indicators through disciplined commercial execution, strong customer engagement and effective people leadership.

The Sales Manager leads, coaches and develops sales representatives in alignment with Johnson & Johnson rules, guidelines, compliance expectations and Credo values.

The role translates business priorities into clear sales goals, allocates resources effectively, monitors performance and implements corrective actions when required.

The position works closely with Sales Representatives, Marketing, Professional Education, Commercial Excellence, One MD partners and country or business leadership to implement annual and quarterly sales plans and deliver business objectives.
