Job Description:

Position Overview

We are seeking a strategic and outcomes-focused TPO, aligned with the High-Performance Team (HPT) model, to shape and advance Enterprise Procurement Data, Intelligence & Automation (DI&A) products and platform capabilities.

This role will define the strategic direction for a portfolio of Procurement DI&A initiatives, ensuring alignment with Enterprise Procurement priorities, business value realization, and long-term capability maturity.

The ideal candidate will operate at both the strategic and execution levels to identify opportunities, influence investment decisions, and build scalable digital, data, and AI-enabled capabilities that strengthen the Enterprise Procurement function.

Key Responsibilities


* Lead the strategic direction and evolution of Procurement DI&A products and platform capabilities, translating Enterprise Procurement priorities into a cohesive roadmap aligned to long-term business objectives.


* Partner with senior stakeholders across Enterprise Procurement to define strategic outcomes, prioritize investments, and drive measurable business value.


* Establish and mature product operating models, governance, and portfolio management practices that enable scalable and sustainable delivery across Procurement DI&A initiatives.


* Drive cross-functional alignment across business, data, and technology teams to ensure requirements, architecture, roadmaps, and delivery plans support broader transformation goals.


* Oversee product roadmaps, backlog priorities, and release planning to balance strategic initiatives, operational needs, and technical modernization.


* Champion the adoption of advanced analytics, intelligent automation, and AI capabilities, while evaluating emerging technologies and trends to unlock innovation and enterprise value.
