アカウントエグゼクティブは、売上目標達成に責任を持ち、担当エリアの営業活動の計画立案と実行を行う。またそのプロセスにおいて、エリア内の顧客管理と対応に責任を持つ

チ-ムの人材開発を理解し、必要に応じて人材育成のサポ-トを行う

会社全体のOur Credoをベ-スとしたカルチャ-醸成に協力し、積極的に参画する

エリア担当者として、LTメンバ-やリ-ジョナルセ-ルスマネジャ-、エリアマネジャ-に対して客観的かつ建設的に必要な意見具申を行う。また全社的な事業オペレ-ションや全社イベント、その他の活動に積極的に参画する

エリアミ-ティングにおいては、その準備に携わり、会議に参加して適切なインプットを行う
