We are searching for the best talent for a Senior Facility Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Raritan, NJ.
Summary:
The Senior Facility Manufacturing Engineer is a key engineering role responsible for driving facility reliability, project execution, and operational excellence within a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
This role leads cross-functional initiatives that support manufacturing operations, utilities, and facility systems while ensuring compliance with cGMP, safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
The successful candidate combines strong technical expertise, project leadership, and stakeholder management skills to deliver sustainable improvements in equipment performance, operational efficiency, and site readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
This role is responsible for leading and governing site-wide projects and equipment improvement initiatives to ensure safety, reliability, regulatory compliance, operational effectiveness, and cost efficiency.
The successful candidate will be proficient in project management , including Microsoft Office applications, Microsoft Project, and quality systems such as Non-Conformance (NC) and CAPA reporting platforms.
* Lead the planning, scheduling, coordination, and execution of projects to ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and operational requirements.
