Job Description:

DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Professional , Customer Orders, located in Raynham, MA; Raritan, NJ; West Chester, PA; Palm Beach Gardens, FL; OR Warsaw, IN.

This role supports the Customer Orders product area within Commercial Technology by partnering with business stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable, and user focused technology solutions.

The Professional, Customer Orders plays a key role in translating business needs into functional requirements, optimizing order to cash processes, and ensuring technology solutions enable efficient, compliant, and high quality customer experiences.

This position offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on commercial execution and operational excellence across DePuy Synthes and r eports into the DePuy Synthes Technology organization.

Key Responsibilities



* Serve as a liaison between Commercial business partners and IT to analyze, document, and translate customer order management needs into functional and technical requirements.



* Support the lifecycle of technology products and solutions related to customer orders, including enhancements, defect resolution, testing, and release activities.



* Lead the application of AI, advanced analytics, and automation to modernize commercial platforms, enhancing customer engagement, pricing and revenue optimization, and data ‑ driven decision ‑ making while driving scalable and compliant commercial execution across sales, marketing, and customer operations.



* Collaborate with cross ‑ functional teams (Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT) to improve order ‑ to ‑ cash processes and system performance.
