We are searching for the best talent for the Jr Medical Manager Oncology to be in Mexico City, Mexico.

Your main responsibilities will be:


* Managing a team of individual contributors and/or Supervisors, and is accountable for conducting effective performance management.


* Assisting with external stakeholder management, scientific communications, evidence generation, publications, and medical education activities


* Defining standards for the review and approval of promotional and non-promotional materials to ensure compliance with applicable requirements.


* Developing tactical and operational plans to aid in the creation of promotional and non-promotional materials, including publications, scientific or technical literature, and training, education, and disease-state awareness materials.


* Responsible for managing operational aspects of their team (e.g., workflow, performance, and compliance), as well as ensuring achievement of team goals within established timelines and budgets.


* Integrating Johnson & Johnson's Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals and decision making.

Qualifications:

• MD is desirable

• Expertise in Oncology solid tumors is desirable
