• You'll be the go-to person for our online channels – website, app, social media, and more – making sure they offer a fantastic shopping experience.

• You'll work with our commercial teams to plan and launch exciting campaigns and new products across all digital platforms.

• You'll set clear goals (KPIs) for our digital channels, keeping an eye on engagement and sales, and always looking for ways to do even better. 

• You'll dive into our e-commerce performance data, finding opportunities and leading reviews to keep us on track for financial health.

• You'll translate global strategies into local plans, constantly improving our digital touchpoints in Austria.

• You'll lead, coach, and inspire your digital team, helping them learn and grow in a supportive and inclusive environment.

• You have deep experience (8+ years) in digital leadership, guiding teams to create great online and in-store experiences that grow the business sustainably.

• Web, app, social media, live shopping – you understand how to connect them all for our customers.

• You use data and insights to drive clear business goals and improve our digital offering.

• You're a confident communicator in English and German, building bridges and inspiring your team and colleagues across IKEA.

• You thrive in a fast-paced environment, turning challenges into opportunities for positive change.

 This position is advertised as full-time.

We are open to discussing part-time arrangements with suitable candidates during the interview process.

 The collective agreement minimum salary for this position is € 2.879,- gross per month (full-time).

Based on an all-in contract (14x per year), we offer a minimum gross salary of € 6.180,- per month for this position.

It is important to us that you are paid fairly and in line with your competences.

Therefore, your actual salary will be determined together with you in a personal interview.
