Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities


* Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and mobility


* Provide compassionate, resident-centered care while promoting dignity, comfort, and independence


* Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition to licensed nursing staff


* Take and document vital signs as assigned


* Assist with meal service, hydration, and nutritional support


* Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements


* Help provide a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents


* Answer resident call lights promptly and respectfully


* Work collaboratively with nurses, therapists, physicians, and interdisciplinary care team members


* Support residents' physical, emotional, and social well-being

Qualifications


* Current California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required


* Current BLS/CPR certification preferred


* Experience in Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, Post-Acute Care, Memory Care, or Long-Term Care preferred


* Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care


* Excellent communication and teamwork skills


* Reliable, professional, and dependable work ethic


* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment


* Newly certified CNAs are encouraged to apply
