Nurse Scheduler / Staffing Coordinator — Full-Time
Lone Tree Post Acute is seeking a highly organized and dependable Nurse Scheduler / Staffing Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis.
Pay Rate: $32 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time

Position Summary
The Nurse Scheduler / Staffing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating daily nursing staff schedules to ensure appropriate staffing levels and continuity of resident care.
This position works closely with nursing leadership, supervisors, and staff to maintain an efficient and compliant staffing schedule.
Essential Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and ongoing nursing staff schedules.
* Coordinate staffing needs for all nursing shifts, including coverage for call-offs, vacations, and other absences.
* Communicate schedule changes promptly to nursing staff and leadership.
* Monitor staffing levels and help ensure appropriate coverage based on resident census and facility needs.
* Coordinate with the Director of Nursing and nursing supervisors regarding staffing needs and schedule adjustments.
* Maintain accurate staffing records and schedules.
* Assist with tracking attendance, call-offs, overtime, and staff availability.
* Help identify staffing gaps and proactively seek qualified coverage.
* Maintain confidentiality of employee and resident information.
* Ensure scheduling practices support facility policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
* Maintain professional communication with nurses, CNAs, supervisors, and other members of the interdisciplinary team.
* Perform other staffing and administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in healthcare staffing, scheduling, nursing administration, or a long-term care setting preferred.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with nursing leadership.
* Proficiency with computers, scheduling systems, and Microsoft Office or similar software.
* Knowledge of long-term care staffing practices and regulations is a plus.
* Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
