Occupational Therapist (OT) Responsibilities


* Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans based on functional goals and clinical needs


* Provide occupational therapy services to improve independence with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)


* Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions and adaptive strategies


* Assess cognitive, physical, and functional abilities to maximize patient outcomes


* Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare team members


* Educate residents, families, and caregivers regarding treatment plans, progress, and home exercise programs


* Participate in care planning meetings and interdisciplinary conferences
