Physical Therapist (PT) Responsibilities


* Evaluate patients and complete comprehensive physical therapy assessments


* Develop individualized treatment plans based on physician referrals, patient goals, and clinical needs


* Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and functional independence


* Monitor patient progress and modify treatment programs as appropriate


* Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and rehabilitation support staff
