About You
You will be maintaining equipment associated with the production, packaging and distribution of Kimberly-Clark products through preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance work.
This role is part of Kimberly-Clark’s investment in creating new jobs and expanding its capabilities to produce premium goods that are essential to millions of lives around the world, and right here in New Milford, CT.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
* High School diploma or GED equivalency required.
* Associate or bachelor’s degree in related technical field or equivalent military MOS preferred.
* Five (5) years of experience in a cogeneration power plant which includes the operation, maintenance and repair of combustion turbines, heat recovery steam generators, steam turbines, emergency generators, boilers, chillers, distributed control systems and ancillary equipment.
* Preferred CT OE-2 Operating Stationary Engineer license.
* Relevant work experience in electrical Co-generation, Boiler House, and Water Treatment processes.
* Experience with power distribution, manufacturing distributed control systems, instrumentation, pumps, valves, etc.
* Possess high degree of "people" skills and be able to effectively communicate with other team members daily.
* Must be able to work rotating shift schedule (including nights & weekends)
* Candidate must be able to work on elevated work platforms, catwalks, scaffolding, etc.
